Within hours of taking just half a teaspoon, my mom felt a tingling sensation throughout her back and hands. She feels better and her joints feel much better. This is a great product and it works! She started with half a teaspoon morning and night because she's allergic to bee stings. She is gradually building up her tolerance but it seems to have no affect on her as it's been over a week now. I thought this may have a strange taste with the added bee venom, but it doesn't. I find I can't wait to eat more tomorrow, sort of addicting. I love it! I'd eat more of it but I think that may not be advisable. I started out with 1/4 tsp and am up to a full tsp. I noticed tonight after that amount a slight numbing antagonistic effect, sort of, in my mouth. I do react to bee stings some, and wasp stings badly. But I'm able to eat this thankfully. I'm going to try using it in facial masks, as both honey and bee venom have great properties for many skin aliments and younger looking skin ... I'll let you know how it goes.
